Bug Information Title:  Relation error in DB open/save Text:  The relations became uneditable after saved in a db. Try with the order.xml: save in a db, then close and open from the db. The result an error msg, when you try to edit a relation: '0 OnDelete = 3 OnUpdate = 3 ' is not a valid integer value.
