Bug Information Title:  "New Database Connection" gives "list index out of bounds" Text:  1. File|Open from Database... 2. Click "NewOracleConn" under Oracle in the tree. 3. Click "New Database Connection" button--> "List index out of bounds (2)" This also occurs if in step 2, "NewODBCConn" is clicked under ODBC.
